We’re *certified* Sprint 8 lovers 🏃‍♂️

Last week, our friends from Matrix Fitness (@matrixfitnessusa) hosted a @sprint8 Workshop at NCCU as part of their Project COURAGE initiative.  After 3 short hours, 14 local HBCU students, faculty, and staff earned a free Sprint 8 certification.
