Pickens County Schools will be starting the new year next week. They are implementing new rules to cut down on vaping in and out of schools.

One of the changes to the school's code of conduct will be new rules dealing with vaping on school grounds. McDaniel said some stores around the county have removed vapes from their shelves to cut down on students buying them.
