Maxi Empanadas, the 100% gluten‑free food truck known for its perfectly crispy corn-based Colombian empanadas, is now soft-opened near Seminole Heights. 

Each empanada is made 100% from scratch and is a labor of love from owner Cristian Sanchez and his family. ❤️

The new shop also has a coffee menu, desserts, air‑fryer‑ready empanadas to go, and new dishes like tostones and arepas. 🔥
