This will help with:

✅ Developing a strong third shot 
✅ Using your serve to set up an easy drive

Here’s how it’s done:
-In this live ball drill, one player will serve and the other player will return 
-The server will hit a strong third shot drive off the return
-Whether the drive is returned or not, the rally is over and the player will serve again
-After you’ve completed this drill for 5-10 minutes, you can switch roles with your partner
