To save lives, we’re taking virtual reality to the next level: immersive medical training to “see” patients from a whole new perspective.

With more than 300 4K cameras synced together, #UMD researchers capture data from all angles and perspectives. Using this information they create a 3D-model that VR users can explore fully to learn in a life-like environment.
