Teammate Relations Lead Aja McNeill celebrates the expanded partnership between underarmour and her alma mater morganstateu.

Aja’s best advice? “You are the sum of the people around you. You should always have people around you who are doing better than you, who uplift you, as well as those who you can help support and guide. Be the person you needed, always lift as you climb.”

Learn more about the partnership and the importance of investing in mentorship not only on the field, but in the classroom and on the job as well via the link in bio.
