One year ago today, we officially adopted our youngest son. After 4½ years of being his foster family, we finally got to call him ours forever. It was a moment filled with indescribable joy—a day our family will never forget. I wish everyone could experience this feeling. 
A big thank you to up_intheair_balloons for bringing my ballon ideas to life as a surprise for the boys when we came home from the courthouse.
