## Caption

The fun is not in reaching the goal, the fun is in the journey.  It’s in all the work that you put in to get to the goal. Stop saying “I’ll be happy when…” that’s a good way to be unhappy for a very long time.  The JOURNEY is where all the magic happens.  The growth, the learning about yourself, who you are & what you are truly made of.  Personally, I don’t want a quick fix.  I want to put in the work and get the pride from that.  I want to learn the lessons to be an even better version of myself. 

Don’t run from the work.  True success means you’ve created a lasting change for yourself.  That change starts with a decision to put in the work & stop making excuses or looking for shortcuts.  At 44 I’m feeling stronger, healthier, more alive, present & confident in my body than I ever have before.  I couldn’t say that 2 years ago when my hormones were out of balance & I felt lost.  But from the work came so much knowledge & power.  I wouldn’t trade it for an easy route.
