The silence after the NFL draft can be deafening.

For those who didn't hear their name called this year, I want to share a message that's deeply personal to my journey: Don't blink. Don't wait.

Going undrafted in the NFL wasn't the fairytale ending I envisioned, but in many ways, it became one of the biggest blessings of my career. It forced me to approach every single day like a job interview. The leash was short, the margin for error slim, but that pressure ignited a fire in me.

It taught me the invaluable lesson that getting into the building is just the first step. The real work begins the moment you walk through those doors. You have an opportunity – a chance to prove yourself to your teammates, your coaches, and the entire organization, day in and day out, through your actions and your dedication.

Don't let disappointment linger. Don't hesitate. Don't waste a single second feeling sorry for yourself. You're in the league. Embrace the challenge, run with that opportunity, and show them who you are at your absolute best. And trust me, surprising a few people along the way feels pretty great too. | 26 comments on LinkedIn
