Ingredients:

8 slices TheNyBakery Cheese Garlic Bread
2 cups basil
6 ounces Parmesan
½ cup EVOO + 1 tbsp. for grilling shrimp
1 large clove garlic
8 ounces shrimp, peeled-deveined
1 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. black pepper
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion power
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ cup sliced cherry tomatoes

Make:

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with 1 tbsp. olive oil, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Set aside.
In a food processor, blend the basil, lemon juice, Parmesan, and garlic clove. With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the ½ cup of olive oil until a smooth paste forms.
Bake the New York Bakery Cheese Garlic Bread according to the package directions.
Spread a layer of pesto on each slice of hot toast. Top with grilled shrimp and sliced cherry tomatoes. Serve immediately.
