📍Urban Street Grill - The Triad 

Summer is the perfect time to chase down flavor, especially with the plethora of food trucks around the Triad. We finally had urbanstreetgrill come out to our neighborhood serving up bold Korean street-style eats!

We went all in with their bulgogi ribeye cheesesteak loaded with jalapeños and pickles (a spicy, savory dream), a bulgogi ribeye rice bowl with kimchi rice, creamy avocado, and a perfectly fried egg, and a taco duo featuring spicy pork and ginger chicken that packed a punch in the best way. 

Catch them while you can—this truck is definitely worth tracking down.
