🚨GOAL SETTING with layzerfocusedmp🚨

We are still flying high from camp (see what we did there?? 😂) and had to share about our awesome goal setting lunch and learn!

Ally Janshen, founder of Layzer Focused Mindset & Performance let our athletes through goal setting strategies including a SWOT analysis! We were so lucky that she could share her time and talents with us at camp this weekend! Ally's a pro at helping athletes get their head in the right space to blow through their own goals and expectations and perform at a high level. We are so grateful to partner with her on events like these!

Want your own chance to work with Ally? Send her a DM to schedule a consultation!
