I’m obsessed w these. 

Recipe: 
3/4 cup room temp butter
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 tbsp vanilla
2 cups + 1 tbsp AP flour 
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda 
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 

Mix tg 1/4 cup sugar & 1 tsp cinnamon to roll balls in 

Bake @ 350 for 9-10 min
(Ignore the fact that I slightly altered the recipe in the vid due to altitude)
