The Salt Lake City Arts Council is inviting locals to take a survey about the next mural to be painted on the "Out of the Blue" sculpture — known commonly as The 9th & 9th Whale. 

They're not asking for specific suggestions, but more so "values and themes" to help guide the artistic process next summer.
