## Caption

Please join us in recognizing our January Employee of the Month: Deputy Bradley Venant!

Deputy Venant has been employed with the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office since January 2011. He is currently assigned to the Arrest Processing Center.

He is truly a valuable asset to any team. He is honest, dependable, and incredibly hard-working. Beyond that, he is an impressive personable person who comes to work with a great attitude and communicates calmly with residents. His knowledge of Arrest Processing and expertise in deescalation has a huge impact around the agency.

Thank you Deputy Venant for being one of the Sheriff's best!
