I’ve never been small. Not in size, not in energy, not in presence. And for a long time, I thought that was a bad thing.

I was taught to shrink — to take up less space, to quiet down, to wait my turn. But that’s not who I am.

Even after losing 180+ lbs over the last 8 years, I still don’t feel “small.” And maybe I never will.

Because the truth is… I wasn’t put on this earth to be small. I was built to be strong. To be seen. To be unapologetically me.

Living with PCOS has taught me that I don’t owe the world a smaller version of myself. I owe myself a life where I feel free, healthy, and powerful — in whatever body that comes in.

So no, I’ve never been small.
But I’ve always been so much more.
