1. NEW RIVER GORGE NATIONAL PARK - check out the bridge overlook and Sandstone Falls boardwalk!

2. Pomona Salt Cave - this 45 min meditation session is in this one-of-a-kind salt cave that is built into the side of a mountain and has numerous health benefits!

3. Lost World Caverns - this underground cavern was opened to the public in the 70s and is one of the most unique things I have ever done. The 1 mile loop took us about 30-40 mins to do!

4. Try traditional Appalachian hard cider at Greenbrier Valley Brewint Co - try Hawk Knob’s traditional Appalachian hard cider or any of the Greenbrier Valley Brewing Co beers!

5. Almost Heaven Swings - there are over 30 of these Instagrammable swings around the state! I visited the one at Bluestone Lake!
