This is the third #AstonMartin Vanquish. It’s a robust, confident, 824-hp, two-seat, rear-drive GT thrumming with the life-affirming vibrance of a twin-turbocharged V-12 heart. There’s no racing pretense here. No absurd wings, oversize spoilers, or too-low-hanging splitters. There’s no hybrid ­system, mild or otherwise. There are a few superfluous flourishes in the styling, but they only accent the pure and provocative shape that defines the car. It looks exactly like what it is. And what it is, is awesome.
