I used to train Lyra and silks nonstop, but life moved fast and I focused on my hoop act since it pushed my career forward. Still, I never stopped loving aerial! I train when I can and sneak it into shows whenever possible. Lately, I’ve have so many more aerial opportunities, and it feels like I’m reconnecting with a part of myself I didn’t realize I missed. That is something I love so much about circus arts, you can always come back to it. 🙌

Reminder: It’s totally okay to pick back up that thing you stopped doing but used to love! 🤍
