Two months after graduation, Virginia Commonwealth University released Sereen Haddad’s bachelor’s degree in psychology. VCU informed Haddad that her degree was withheld because of her participation in an “unauthorized” pro-Palestinian gathering on campus in late April violated the school’s student code of conduct.
