CONGRATS to these Filipina forces & celebrating THIS PROUD moment for America! 😍🇺🇸 Now that elections craziness has (kind of) blown over, just HAD to do a round up of the women that made history in this last elections cycle!!

I’m just so blown away as I get to learn some of these backgrounds, like: Trisha was once an investigative journalist in Manila? 📝Genevieve was just 26 when she first got elected in Alaska? 🤯And helloooo Jessica Caloza—who was our 2nd-EVER podcast guest, 1st Filipina to state assembly!! 😭✨

This was a record-breaking year, with over 2.14 MILLION Filipinos voting nationwide, making their voices heard! I believe these wins reflect the growing Filipino participation and contributions in U.S. politics, and it’s just the beginning.💪🏽🇵🇭
