🍊Orange Tiramisu: welcome to episode 3 of my Sips & Sweets series, where I make desserts inspired by drinks. 

In today’s episode, we are making this delicious Orange Tiramiaus inspired by an Orange Creamsicle! 

🌷 Here’s what you need to make this at home:

Ingredients:

Orange Curd:
3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold)
3 eggs
1 orange zest

Orange Mascarpone Cream:
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz mascarpone 
1 orange zest 
1 tsp orange extract 
1/3 cup orange curd

Orange Simple Syrup:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
2 oranges

Other:
24 ladyfingers/ 1 pack of ladyfingers
