💗 This lemon raspberry cake was a dream and it’s perfect and easy to make for Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day! 

🍰 Here’s what you need to make this at home:

2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (165 g) granulated sugar
2 lemons of zest and juice 
2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup (208g) olive oil
1/4 cup (60g) buttermilk 
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
