Valentine’s Day is coming soon, and to bring in the season, I made these delicious red velvet M&M cookies while watching my favorite romance movie, Pride & Prejudice. These are perfect for your next Valentine’s Day party! 

💗 Here is what you need to try this at home.

Ingredients 

1 2/3 cups All Purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg (room temperature)
1 tbsp of buttermilk
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup Valentine’s M&M’s
1 tsp red food coloring of choice
1 tsp vanilla paste

Notes:

chill time of at least 2 hours (Chill longer to prevent more spreading)
