He energized our Navy’s wargaming efforts at the us_navalwarcollege , providing analytic rigor and a comprehensive examination of strategic and operational concepts to support consequential issues facing the Navy. As he prepares to take command as president of the National Defense University, I know he will continue to lead our Navy’s commitment to world-class education.
