Last week, we proudly joined forces with our partner, the sportaushof, to honour the past, present, and future of women in sport — and what an incredible event it was!
 
Our sparkling panel, led by Deakin lecturer in Communication – Sports Media, Dr Kasey Symons, explored the power of historical storytelling and media visibility. Together, we celebrated trailblazers and reflected on how we can continue to drive progress, diversity, and foster growth in women’s sport for decades to come.
 
A huge thank you to our incredible panellists — Catherine Cox AM, Courtney Webeck, Ann Odong, and Ellie Faulkner OLY — for sharing their firsthand insights and experiences, and to Nova Perris OAM OLY MAICD for her powerful video message.
We’re also very grateful to the many industry leaders who joined us at the iconic mcg — your presence and passion are helping keep the momentum alive.
