I made this super simple iced mocha 🧊 last week and I’ve been making it every morning since.

It’s super easy, quick, and will set you up for 1-minute lattes throughout the week. I also love this recipe because it’s made with Vitasoy Café For Baristas Oat Milk which is vegan, plant-based, cholesterol-free and eco-friendly. INGREDIENTS 
250ml Coffee
50g Agave Syrup
30g Cocoa Powder
250g Vitasoy Café For Baristas Oat Milk

METHOD
1. To start, you’ll need to brew some coffee. I’m using cold brew but feel free to use espresso or whatever you prefer. 
2. In a sauce pan, whisk together Vitasoy Café For Baristas Oat Milk, agave syrup, and cocoa powder. Let it come to a simmer. Remove from heat, let cool and mix in the cold brew.
3. Pour the mixture into ice trays and freeze.
4. Drop the ice cubes into a glass and pour in Vitasoy Café For Baristas Oat Milk.
