Happy happy pub day to Rachel Simon's (seedandmill) new book Sesame! Il it's a beautiful book that celebrates this humble and versatile seed with globally-inspired recipes. There are many recipes I want to try (many are contributed by sesame aficionados) but I was immediately attracted to the tahini caramel sauce, because, well, tahini and caramel! It's as delicious as you'd expect and can be used in a myriad of ways but I used it to fill Rachel's tahini thumbprint cookies, because, cookies! Get yourself a copy of this book. I promise you'll be using it a lot!
