## Caption

This pie was the surprise hit at last year's Thanksgiving. I thought, oh this will be way too rich after such a big meal. Well, I was wrong, especially when it came to the little ones at the table. But the grownups loved it too. Reply, PIE and I'll send you the link. Rose says you can use a premade pie crust, but please don't! I made her fantastic pastry using spelt flour and it was 👌🏻.
