## Caption

There's undoubtedly a lot of fish that move deep in the winter but a population of bass can be found shallow year round.  One of my favorite ways to find these fish is power fishing a shallow crankbait.  Under certain conditions it can still kick out some quality bites in less than ten feet of water, even now.
