## Caption

Had the chance to work with the Jupiter Lightning 2012 recently and man were these kids a blast! 

I got to share a ton of my career with them, teach them a few things about hitting, throwing, and the mental game, plus we also got to dive into nutrition and the importance of strength training as well! 

Thank you to all the coaches and parents for such a fun and engaging night!
