🙏🏽 To my beautiful teacher trainees❤️‍🔥

I miss you more than words can express. Each of you carries a spark from the sacred work we did together. Although I’m back in the city, surrounded by steel and screens, I still feel the warmth of your voices, presence, and courage.

Costa Rica provided us with nature’s tranquility, but it was your presence that made it feel like home. I now carry a piece of my heart with each of you through your growth, your laughter, your discipline, and your light. The Bhagavad Gita teaches us to act without attachment, but how can I not long for more days spent in our circle, grounded in purpose and learning together?

Even from afar, I am still holding space for you. Your journey is unfolding, and I trust it deeply. You are not alone; you are part of something vibrant and true.☀️🪷
