❤️‍🔥 This is one of the greatest lessons I’ve learned in yoga. ☀️A little over 15 years ago, when I was driven to become the international yoga sports champion, I worked with a great yoga teacher in San Diego named Jim. 🧘🏽 I expected Jim to show me how to improve my postures, but this is the greatest lesson I learned from him as his approach was more philosophical regarding the yoga philosophy of the Bhagavadgita. 🪷 Yoga is all about moderation, and learning to balance determination and patience in any approach leads to a deeper understanding and enlightenment of the subject.
