Consists of Baxter St, led by Michi Jigarjian (michijig) and Jil Weinstock (jilweinstock), NXTHVN, founded by #TitusKaphar and Jason Price (jayjprice), and The Last Resort Artist Retreat, founded by Derrick Adams (derrickadamsny), the Artists First Alliance is united by our shared missions and driven by a collective effort to make artistic residencies more equitable. We have joined together to create a collaborative fundraising event that will celebrate our creative communities while directly funding each organizations’ residency program. The event’s proceeds will be equally distributed and help fund all three organizations' mission-aligned programs.⁠

Chaired by Sarah Arison (saraharison), Mickalene Thomas (mickalenethomas), and Suzanne McFayden (mcfayden19), the evening will bring together #artists, #philanthropists, and cultural luminaries for a memorable night of musical #performances with a higher purpose, featuring performances from R&B duo Lion Babe (lionbabe) and a surprise #DJ set. ⁠
