So I thought starting my own clothing brand would be a fun little side hustle... and then pre-orders hit me like a truck 😅

Stage 1: Hats
Four colorways — 
black 🖤
brown 🤎
gold 💛
white 🤍 (RIP white, nobody wanted you).

What I didn’t know:
⚡ Pre-orders can take 3-5 months
⚡ Manufacturers overseas don’t read minds
⚡ Wrong brims = my nightmare
⚡ Always. Get. Samples. (Even for the tiniest changes!)

The crazy part? Companies bang out 150 hats in a day or two… meanwhile, I’m here praying my certified brown truckers make it before next month.

Lesson learned: next time I’m ordering stock up front and skipping the pre-order headaches.

If you’re thinking of starting a brand — be ready for curveballs (literally, I had to hand-curve these brims 💀)
