Here is my workflow for low light, high ISO images - no matter if you're photographing sports, action, or wildlife.

Here are those Lightroom slider settings for my "Friday Night Lights" preset:
Profile: Camera standard
Contrast:   +10 
Highlights: -39 
Shadows: +19 
Whites: -44 
Texture: +10 
Clarity: +15 
Dehaze: +23
Vibrance: +18
Saturation: +10
Sharpening: Adjust based on the image
Lens corrections: Set to the lens used
Calibration: Blue primary saturation +39
