Earlier this month we welcomed muralist Brett Tachi to the #DSArtWalk as part of our Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month celebration! 🎨 This stunning piece is titled “Memento,” and Brett dedicated it to her Japanese elders and ancestors and their remarkable story of resilience. She shared: "I also hope it serves as a reminder to find big and small ways to connect with your culture, no matter where you are or where you’re from." Brett's mural joins the vibrant outdoor gallery of color, emotion, and culture located in Town Center.
