Crafted by Köchert, one of Austria’s oldest jewelers, this tiara embodies Romantic-era Vienna. In 2023 it sold for $1 million at #SothebysGeneva. 

Here, Sotheby’s Andres White Correal and jewelery historian Vincent Meylan trace its imperial history as a gift from Emperor Franz Josef to Princess Maria Immaculata.
