grillgirlrobyn's delicious take on a Cherry Cobbler just needs a spoon.

Cherry Filling Ingredients:
6 cups fresh (or frozen) cherries, with pit removed
3 tbsp honey
Zest and juice of one lemon
1 tsp vanilla 
2 tbsp einkorn flour
 
Topping Ingredients:
½ cup coconut sugar
1 cup einkorn flour
1 tsp baking powder, look for aluminum free baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
¾ cups lilly’s semi dark chocolate chips
 
Whipped Cream:
1 cup organic heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp bourbon
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
