#Roommates, the owner of Houston’s Trump Burger is facing possible deportation after allegedly overstaying his visa and being arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) according to click2houston ___________________________________
ICE confirmed that 28-year-old #RolandMehrezBeainy, originally from Lebanon, entered the U.S. in 2019 on a non-immigrant visitor visa but failed to leave by the required date of February 12, 2024. He was arrested on May 16, 2025, and placed into immigration proceedings. ___________________________________
In addition the Department of Homeland Security said they received evidence that the marriage through which Beainy had applied for citizenship was a “sham designed to game the system.” An immigration judge granted him bond on June 13 as his case moves forward.
