10 years ago I read the Miracle Morning by hal_elrod and it changed my life.

His story is remarkable but the action steps to win the morning, and win the day are truly game changing.

Back in 2015, I started my miracle morning with the Life S.A.V.E.R.S by starting the day with silence, affirmations, visualization, exercise, reading and scribing.

This was right after I got married and as we started the Savannah Bananas. We proceeded to run out of money and have to sell our house. These Life Savers may have saved my life as it brought purpose to every day. It was here that I started writing down goals, ideas and sharing gratitude. I started my idea book, started writing thank you letters and started running every day.

The vision and ideas for building thesavbananas into a Fans First organization and the idea of building banana ball all started during these miracle mornings.

10 years later to see the impact of what we’ve done with not only the Bananas and playing in front of millions of fans, but becoming foster parents and launching our non-profit bananasfosterinc still blows my mind.

But I owe so much if it to reading Hal’s book and starting my days on purpose.

To this day I still wake up hours before the kids, and I read, write and run and focus on winning the morning so I can win the day!
