LA workout classes I did this week 🔥 (and which one might be your match)

Tried them all so you don’t have to… but you’ll probably want to. From heated sculpt to serious Stairmaster burn, here’s the tea:

💦 Heated Room – Infrared sculpt that’s just hard enough (yes, props included).
💪 Pvolve – Pilates-meets-strength with moves you won’t see anywhere else.
🔥 The Pilates Cave Mat – Abs on fire, outfits on point, staple in my week.
🏃‍♀️ Bünda – Fast-paced, Stairmaster + strength… not for the faint of heart.
✨ Silver Springs Melrose – Hot, hard, and very “scene-y” (in a good way).
