Farthest I’ve thrown overseas, best throws of the comp, and my highest DL placing feels REALLY good 🥳

Time to head home and keep this nose to the grind stone to get better at competing on EVERY throw. While I surely don’t make the rules (and maybe don’t love them 😝), I’m going to play the best I can at ‘em.

As one of the only discus throwers in Doha without their Coach, I feel so thankful for Coachzsion and how well he’s helped improve my confidence and ability to execute our technique. You were there in spirit flexing 💪🏼 on everyone with coffee in hand!
