These easy grilled potato packets are smoky, cheesy, and the ultimate summer side. Just toss, wrap, and grill—no fuss, all flavor!

🥔 Recipe: Garlic-Parmesan Grilled Potato Packets

Ingredients:
	•	1.5 lbs Tasteful Selections® Baby Potatoes (Honey Gold or Sunrise Medley), halved
	•	3 tbsp olive oil
	•	4 cloves garlic, minced
	•	½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
	•	1 tsp salt
	•	½ tsp black pepper
	•	1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
	•	2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
	•	Aluminum foil

Instructions:
	1.	Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
	2.	In a large bowl, toss halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
	3.	Divide the potatoes among 4 large squares of heavy-duty foil. Fold each into a sealed packet.
	4.	Grill packets over direct heat for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through.
	5.	Carefully open packets, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and chopped parsley.
	6.	Serve hot — right from the packet or in a serving dish.

Tip: For crispier edges, open foil in the last 5 minutes of grilling.
