HONEY LAVENDER FRENCH 75 SPRITZ
• 1 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
• ½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
• ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• ½ oz Honey Lavender Syrup*
• 2 oz Prosecco
• 1 oz Soda Water
• Lemon Twist & Edible Flowers, to garnish

METHOD: In a cocktail shaker, add Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and honey lavender syrup. Add ice, and shake several times. Pour into a spritz glass full of ice, top with sparkling water and Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!

*To make the honey lavender syrup, combine ¼ cup of water and ¼ cup of honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add in 1 tbsp of culinary grade lavender and let simmer for 30 seconds until lightly bubbling. Take off the heat, cover and steep for 15 minutes, then strain and let cool.
