・1½ oz Empress Elderflower Rose Gin
・½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
・½ oz Lemon Juice
・Sparkling Wine or Soda Water, to top
・Mint Leaves, to garnish

METHOD: Add Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice into a wine glass. Add ice and top  with sparkling wine or soda water. Garnish with mint and enjoy!
