California tennis was on full display in the Girls’ 18s singles 3rd/4th place playoff at the USTA Billie Jean King Girls’ Nationals. 

El Dorado Hills’ Alexis Nguyen edged out Carlsbad’s Julieta Pareja in a nail-biting showdown to claim the USTA Bronze Ball, and with it, a main draw wildcard into the Junior US Open AND a W35 main draw wildcard! Julieta’s fight earned her a qualifying wildcard into both the Junior US Open and the W35 event. 👏✨
