## Caption

albert entwistle is one of the most endearing, relatable characters i have ever had the pleasure of reading about. i spent the entire first half of this book WEEPING on and off because i understood every lonely, self-sequestering instinct albert had. i had no idea i would connect so much with a sixty-four year old postman from england, but here we are.

i wanted to protect this man at all costs, and i literally cheered aloud when he started living his life the way he wanted. every character is just so lovely, and to see albert find his community was my favorite part of this entire story. 

the flashbacks with george were beautiful and heart wrenching, because i knew what was coming. but it was done SO WELL and i just. love this story and these characters so much. 

i will absolutely be reading this one again and again. 📮
