#Roommates, #ToryLanez just took another legal L in his fight to overturn his conviction in the #MeganTheeStallion shooting case. According to Complex, the California Court of Appeals shut down two separate petitions Lanez filed in hopes of bringing in new evidence from the 2020 case. One claim centered around his driver not testifying during the trial. The other involved a statement from #BradleyJennings, a security guard who worked for #KelseyHarris.

As we previously reported at a press conference in May, Lanez’s legal team claimed Jennings approached them, saying he overheard Harris admit she fired the gun three times, and that Lanez only grabbed her arm to stop her, causing two more shots to go off. “In essence, Mr. Peterson never shot anybody,” his attorney argued. ___________________________________
Meg’s team clapped back quickly after the claims, stating, “Tory Lanez was tried and convicted by a jury of his peers and his case was properly adjudicated through the court system… This is not a political matter — this is a case of a violent assault that was resolved in the court of law.”___________________________________
