BIG Throwback to when I was clean skinned and use to like kicking, kneeing and elbowing people 😂😂 with Steve bulldoggym_qld 

I did karate from age of 5, for 8 years and then started kickboxing and Muay Thai in my teens through to my early 20s before bodybuilding took over… 

Should I give MMA a crack.. seems to be a thing… what you think?? 🤔
